<p>We see things on the web, in society, talked about on the Twitters, and elsewhere, constantly reminding us at Federated Computer we are working to help many to liberate individuals, entrpreneurs, small businesses, not-for-profits, and countless others from the digital grip of &ldquo;Big Tech&rdquo;. Here&rsquo;s is a collection of some of the interesting, encouraging, informative things we&rsquo;ve seen (including some of our own commentary, from time to time).</p>
<p>One of the key values at Federated Computer is <em>privacy</em>. Privacy is about protecting what makes us humans: our day-to-day behavior, our personality, our fears, our relationships, and our vulnerabilities. Everyone deserves privacy.</p>
<p>Governments, corporations, and other powerful entities block us from exercising our right to privacy in many different ways. With commercially available spyware, with covert monitoring of our communications, with ads that track us around the internet, with pseudo anonymous data sets purchased and sold and used to manipulate sentiment and sew division, we must learn to fight to defend and fight to exercise our right to privacy.</p>
