You need to edit the section "Where your conversations live". This is known as your "homeserver". Click the "Edit" button...

Your "Homeserver URL" is as follows:
- Homeserver URL: https://matrix.domain.com (where "domain.com" is your domain name)
You will be asked to verify your mobile session. Use your key that was saved when you set up Element. You can find those instructions at this link.
